This activity was a continuation of the series of activities for implementing quality assurance and accreditation of training programmes, which was launched on 28 May 2026.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-start=\"599\" data-end=\"986\"><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\">The meeting was chaired by <strong data-start=\"626\" data-end=\"691\">Dr. H\u1ed3 Th\u1ecb M\u1ef9 Linh \u2013 Head of the Quality Assurance Department<\/strong>, with <strong data-start=\"698\" data-end=\"778\">MSc. Nguy\u1ec5n H\u1eefu \u0110\u0103ng Quang \u2013 Deputy Head of the Quality Assurance Department<\/strong>, serving as the presenter. The online professional discussion was attended by Faculty leadership, members of the Self-Assessment Councils, Secretariat members, and specialised Working Groups from the 11 training programmes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"988\" data-end=\"1045\"><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\">The training session focused on <strong data-start=\"1020\" data-end=\"1044\">three key objectives<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1047\" data-end=\"1722\">\n<li data-start=\"1047\" data-end=\"1232\"><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\"><strong data-start=\"1049\" data-end=\"1072\">Reviewing progress:<\/strong> Assessing the amount of work completed according to the issued Self-Assessment Plan, while also finalising the timelines for the next stages of implementation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1233\" data-end=\"1522\"><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\"><strong data-start=\"1235\" data-end=\"1267\">Providing in-depth guidance:<\/strong> Introducing the detailed structure of the new set of standards; providing guidance on techniques for describing the core contents of each criterion, methods for collecting information, and coding evidence in accordance with Circular No. 04\/2025\/TT-BGD\u0110T.<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1523\" data-end=\"1722\"><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\"><strong data-start=\"1525\" data-end=\"1553\">Addressing difficulties:<\/strong> Listening to and directly responding to difficulties arising during the implementation of self-assessment, evidence collection, and criterion 90%;\">Circular No. <strong data-start=\"1798\" data-end=\"1818\">04\/2025\/TT-BGD\u0110T<\/strong>, issued by the Minister of Education and Training on <strong data-start=\"1872\" data-end=\"1892\">17 February 2025<\/strong> and effective from <strong data-start=\"1912\" data-end=\"1928\">4 April 2025<\/strong>, officially replaces Circular No. <strong data-start=\"1963\" data-end=\"1983\">04\/2016\/TT-BGD\u0110T<\/strong> and Circular No. <strong data-start=\"2001\" data-end=\"2021\">38\/2013\/TT-BGD\u0110T<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2024\" data-end=\"2456\"><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\">The new set of accreditation standards for training programmes consists of <strong data-start=\"2099\" data-end=\"2130\">8 Standards and 52 Criteria<\/strong>, replacing the previous set of <strong data-start=\"2162\" data-end=\"2194\">11 Standards and 50 Criteria<\/strong>. During the professional discussion, <strong data-start=\"2232\" data-end=\"2312\">MSc. Nguy\u1ec5n H\u1eefu \u0110\u0103ng Quang \u2013 Deputy Head of the Quality Assurance Department<\/strong> focused on providing technical guidance on analysing and describing in detail the core content groups of the Self-Assessment Report, including:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"2458\" data-end=\"3407\">\n<li data-start=\"2458\" data-end=\"2622\"><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\"><strong data-start=\"2461\" data-end=\"2489\">10 conditional criteria:<\/strong> These are the mandatory criteria that must be achieved, including Criteria <strong data-start=\"2565\" data-end=\"2621\">1.3, 1.6, 2.2, 2.4, 3.2, 4.5, 5.2, 6.1, 7.3, and 8.2<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2623\" data-end=\"2882\"><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\"><strong data-start=\"2626\" data-end=\"2711\">Criteria demonstrating the distinctive characteristics of the training programme:<\/strong> These cover learning outcomes, the structure and content of the training programme, and teaching and learning activities through Criteria <strong data-start=\"2850\" data-end=\"2881\">1.2, 1.4, 2.3, 2.6, and 3.3<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2883\" data-end=\"3167\"><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\"><strong data-start=\"2886\" data-end=\"2944\">Quality of resources supporting teaching and learning:<\/strong> Emphasis is placed on a comprehensive assessment of teaching staff, learner support services, infrastructure systems, equipment, and the learning environment through Criteria <strong data-start=\"3120\" data-end=\"3166\">5.3, 5.6, 6.4, 6.6, 7.2, 7.4, 7.6, and 7.8<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3168\" data-end=\"3407\"><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\"><strong data-start=\"3171\" data-end=\"3184\">Outcomes:<\/strong> This group of criteria reflects the quality of graduates, achievements in scientific research, as well as engagement and community service activities aimed at promoting the continuous improvement of the training
