These modules will serve as the foundation for training core university personnel in the next phase of the project.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 90%;\"><em><strong>The NTTU delegation, led by Dr. Phan Thi Viet Nam, Vice Rector and Head of the University&#8217;s ACCEES Project Executive Board, participated throughout the entire series of activities.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 90%;\"><strong>Successful Completion of the First Year: Deliverables Approved and 2026 Roadmap Finalized<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-start=\"1092\" data-end=\"1324\"><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\">On <strong data-start=\"1095\" data-end=\"1113\">March 31, 2026<\/strong>, the <strong data-start=\"1119\" data-end=\"1161\">Year 2 Project Executive Board Meeting<\/strong> was held in a hybrid format, with participation from representatives of Vietnamese member universities and European partners from <strong data-start=\"1292\" data-end=\"1323\">France, Belgium, and Greece<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1326\" data-end=\"1482\"><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\">The Executive Board officially approved all <strong data-start=\"1370\" data-end=\"1401\">Year 1 project deliverables<\/strong> for submission to the <strong data-start=\"1424\" data-end=\"1470\">European Union project management platform<\/strong>, including:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1484\" data-end=\"1953\">\n<li data-start=\"1484\" data-end=\"1578\"><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\">a <strong data-start=\"1488\" data-end=\"1510\">consultancy report<\/strong> on the digital technology ecosystem in Vietnamese higher education;<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1579\" data-end=\"1678\"><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\">a <strong data-start=\"1583\" data-end=\"1640\">development plan for Open Educational Resources (OER)<\/strong> aligned with international standards;<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1679\" data-end=\"1829\"><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\">a <strong data-start=\"1683\" data-end=\"1730\">student digital competency development plan<\/strong> based on the <strong data-start=\"1744\" data-end=\"1778\">European DigComp 2.2 Framework<\/strong> and aligned with Vietnam&#8217;s national standards; and<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1830\" data-end=\"1953\"><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\">a <strong data-start=\"1834\" data-end=\"1905\">digital competency development plan for lecturers and support staff<\/strong>, structured across <strong data-start=\"1925\" data-end=\"1952\">three competency levels<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure id=\"attachment_6693\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6693\" style=\"width: 1339px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/dbcl.ntt.edu.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/TS.-Phan-Thi-Viet-Nam-va-Doan-NTTU-trong-phien-lam-viec-tai-DHCT-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6693 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/dbcl.ntt.edu.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/TS.-Phan-Thi-Viet-Nam-va-Doan-NTTU-trong-phien-lam-viec-tai-DHCT-1.jpg\" alt=\" TS. In <strong data-start=\"2751\" data-end=\"2759\">2025<\/strong>, project communications reached <strong data-start=\"2792\" data-end=\"2819\">more than 20,000 people<\/strong>, while the target for <strong data-start=\"2842\" data-end=\"2850\">2026<\/strong> has been set at <strong data-start=\"2867\" data-end=\"2882\">one million<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 90%;\"><strong>Three-Day Workshop Produces Four Digital Competency Training Modules<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-start=\"2968\" data-end=\"3252\"><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\">From <strong data-start=\"2973\" data-end=\"2992\">April 1\u20133, 2026<\/strong>, approximately <strong data-start=\"3008\" data-end=\"3033\">25\u201330 representatives<\/strong> from ACCEES member universities participated in an intensive three-day workshop facilitated by educational experts from the <strong data-start=\"3158\" data-end=\"3221\">Institute for Development and Innovation in Pedagogy (IDIP)<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"3223\" data-end=\"3251\">University of Strasbourg<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3254\" data-end=\"3467\"><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\">Rather than focusing solely on theory, the workshop adopted a <strong data-start=\"3316\" data-end=\"3346\">practice-oriented approach<\/strong>. During the morning of the first day, participants were introduced to modern instructional design principles, including:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3469\" data-end=\"3659\">\n<li data-start=\"3469\" data-end=\"3498\"><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\"><strong data-start=\"3471\" data-end=\"3497\">constructive alignment<\/strong>;<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3499\" data-end=\"3576\"><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\">developing <strong data-start=\"3512\" data-end=\"3544\">measurable learning outcomes<\/strong> using <strong data-start=\"3551\" data-end=\"3571\">Bloom&#8217;s Taxonomy<\/strong>; and<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3577\" data-end=\"3659\"><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\">the <strong data-start=\"3583\" data-end=\"3601\">ICAP Framework<\/strong> for classifying levels of learners&#8217; cognitive engagement.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3661\" data-end=\"3811\"><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\">In the afternoon, participants voted to select <strong data-start=\"3708\" data-end=\"3754\">four out of five proposed training modules<\/strong> for immediate development during the remaining two days.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3813\" data-end=\"3883\"><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\">During the subsequent group-working sessions, each team progressively:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3885\" data-end=\"4076\">\n<li data-start=\"3885\" data-end=\"3914\"><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\">developed a competency map;<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3915\" data-end=\"3946\"><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\">formulated learning outcomes;<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3947\" data-end=\"3991\"><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\">designed teaching and learning activities;<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3992\" data-end=\"4033\"><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\">selected appropriate digital tools; and<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4034\" data-end=\"4076\"><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\">established suitable assessment methods.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"4078\" data-end=\"4371\"><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\">On the afternoon of <strong data-start=\"4098\" data-end=\"4109\">April 3<\/strong>, experts from the <strong data-start=\"4128\" data-end=\"4156\">University of Strasbourg<\/strong> joined via <strong data-start=\"4168\" data-end=\"4176\">Zoom<\/strong> to review each group&#8217;s work, focusing on the constructive alignment among <strong data-start=\"4251\" data-end=\"4332\">learning outcomes, learning activities, assessment methods, and digital tools<\/strong> before formally approving the modules.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4373\" data-end=\"4416\"><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\">The <strong data-start=\"4377\" data-end=\"4411\">four approved training modules<\/strong> are:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"4418\" data-end=\"4634\">\n<li data-start=\"4418\" data-end=\"4476\"><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\">Designing and Producing Digital Learning Resources;<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4477\" data-end=\"4539\"><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\">Designing Learning Activities Based on Active Pedagogy;<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4540\" data-end=\"4601\"><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\">Designing Progressive Learning Assessment Systems; and<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4602\" data-end=\"4634\"><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\">Designing Online Courses.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-start=\"4636\" data-end=\"4846\"><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\">These four modules not only provide practical tools for digital teaching but also contribute to transforming instructional design toward a <strong data-start=\"4775\" data-end=\"4804\">learner-centered approach<\/strong> in the context of digital transformation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;
