2024 marks a period of post-pandemic recovery for universities and signifies the second milestone in Nguyen Tat Thanh University’s (NTTU) journey towards sustainable development. The 2023 Sustainable Development Report (Sept. 2024) provides a comprehensive evaluation of NTTU’s progress and achievements in contributing to the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), while also acknowledging existing challenges and outlining a roadmap for continuous improvement.
In 2023, NTTU demonstrated noteworthy progress in SDG 3 (Good health and well-being). The University has sustained its commitment to SDGs 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 15, 16, and 17, with ongoing initiatives aimed at addressing these goals. However, challenges persist in tackling issues related to SDG 7 (Affordable and clean energy), SDG 12 (Responsible consumption and production), and SDG 14 (Life below water).
