The preliminary assessment for the Pharmacy program (undergraduate) at Nguyen Tat Thanh University

Previously on December 17th, 2019, at Nguyen Tat Thanh University, the external assessment team of the Center of Education Appreciation, Ho Chi Minh City National University implemented the preliminary assessment in the Bachelor of Pharma’s program according to the assessment plan for the training program under the Ministry of Education and Training’s Circulars dated April 2016.

The participants included: Team Leader – Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Hong Sinh, Secretary – Master Nguyen Thi Huyen, Permanent Member – Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ngo Dai Nghiep. Member – Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Nam, Specialized Secretary – Master Bui Thi Nhu Hue.

Nguyen Tat Thanh University’s welcomed team comprised of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Manh Hung – President, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Thanh – Vice President and Dean of Faculty of Pharmacy, Dr. Tran Ai Cam – Vice President, Master Nguyen Thanh Nghia – Associate Dean of Faculty of Pharmacy, Head of Department of Education Assessment, and Faculty of Pharmacy’s other lectures, and other units’ representative.

Meanwhile, the external assessment team examined self-assessment exhibits, randomly joined the Faculty of Pharmacy’s classes, and visited the facilities (located at 298A, 300A, Nguyen Tat Thanh, District 4), such as faculty and department offices (including the Department of Education Assessment, Department of Training Management, Department of Equipment Management, Center of Information – Library, Center of, E-Learning Institution, and other lab room, laptop rooms, dormitory.

After the preliminary assessment, the external assessment team, Representatives of the University Boards, and the Department of Education Assessment discussed and agreed on the external assessment team’s requirements for the official assessment of the interview’s subject, index of exhibits, facilities, and working conditions.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Hong Sinh – Head of the External Evaluation Team and Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Thanh – Vice Rector – Dean of Faculty of Pharmacy signed the report of completing the preliminary assessment to acknowledge the activities carried out during the assessment.

The external assessment team’s official assessment was agreed to be held from December 24th, 2019 to December 26th, 2019.
